You can turn in your old cell phone at the Granby Council of Aging and The Sheriff's Department. Dep. Sheriff Evelyn Ross, will deprogram the numbers and data so that it only dials 911. Phones are distributed to people who cannot afford a cell phone and need to access 911. If you need a 911 cell phone or you have a cell phone to donate, call 413-467-3239.
